A wedding scenario usually involves the chocolate fountain for the evening reception. We will normally arrive as you are finishing your main meal. Once the room has been vacated and your guests have moved into the bar and seated areas, there is normally a 1 hour rest gap between the evening reception guests arriving. In this gap we set everything up.
