Q: What time do you arrive before the fountain starts?
A: We need aprox 1.5hrs to access the site comfortably to set up single
fountains and aprox 2 hrs for double fountains. Our staff will arrive
on site to these timescales. If you require us on site earlier then we
will charge downtime at £25 + VAT per fountain.
Q: How long do we get the fountain for?
A: 4 hours of continuous running. So for example you want your fountain
to start at 8pm we then run until 12am and then break down. We would arrive
on site 1.5 hours to 2 hours before.
Q: What if I want the fountain for longer?
A: We simply charge an additional £50 + VAT per hour this includes
your dips and chocolate.
Q: What if I need you onsite before your 1.5 hours arrival time and
need you to stop the fountain for a couple of hour whilst guests have
dinner and speeches.
A: We simply charge £25 + VAT per hour down time , this means if
the fountain is set up its not operational. Also If you need us to stop
during the middle of the session then as long as your 4hours hasn't been
used there will be no charge, however if you want us to run for 2hours,
stop for 1hour and then run again for 2 hours then there would be 1 hour
down time charged at £25 + VAT per hour

Q: What is the most popular chocolate used?
A: Milk, Dark then White.
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: We require a 13amp 240v local power supply and ideally access to a
kitchen. Also parking needs to be arranged or paid for by you. We can
charge any parking or tolls back to you after the event.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: As soon as you have made a decision, don't leave it to the last minute
as you could be disappointed.
Q: How do I book?
A: Call or email fountains of chocolate, We will confirm the dates times
and issue written confirmation in the form of an invoice.
Q: Do I have to pay any deposits?
A: Yes a small non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Q: Do you except credit cards or debit cards?
A: Yes, all major credit and debit cards. All credit cards are subject
to bank charges, debit cards are exempt.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We will travel anywhere in the UK and Europe dependant on order value
and duration.
